Return Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be returned in their original packaging in an unused, "as-new" condition.
We do not provide pre-paid return labels. Postage for returns is covered by the customer (customer responsibility).
We are unable to accept returns or provide a refund for personalized goods (custom designs) unless the product is faulty.
Please note: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, but we do not accept exchanges.
TO MAKE YOUR RETURN:
Package your return:
If possible, use the original box or envelope to ensure the items are protected during transit.
Include your details:
Include a note inside the package with your full name, order number, and a list of the items being returned.
Post your return:
Send the item(s) to our warehouse (address detailed below) via the delivery method of your choice.
Obtain proof of postage:
Always obtain a proof of postage receipt. You will be required to email a photo of this receipt to our team as soon as the item has been posted to help us track your return.

Please ensure you keep your proof of postage receipt until your refund has been confirmed, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit without it.
REFUNDS:
Please allow 5 days from the day your return is received at our warehouse for your refund to be processed. We will send you an automated email to confirm once your refund has been issued.
Refunds typically take 3–5 working days to appear in the account originally used for the purchase, depending on your bank's processing times.
