4. Pricing & Availability

All prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to contact you and offer the choice to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

5. Personalised Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the standard 14-day cancellation period does not apply to goods that are custom-made, personalised, or created to your specifications, including items featuring custom names, dates, or messages.

These products are non-refundable unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by English law, Giftinghouse Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage resulting from the use of this website or products purchased through it.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements through which we provide services shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
