Orders placed before 5:00 PM GMT on a working day are usually processed the same day.
Orders placed after this cutoff time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Address Changes
Please carefully check your delivery address during checkout. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to amend delivery details.
Adding Items
For security and order processing reasons, we are unable to add extra items to an existing order. If you would like additional products, please place a new order.
Delivery estimates may be extended during UK public holidays or peak seasonal periods.
