Shipping Policy

We want to make sure your order gets to you as smoothly and quickly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how we process, pack, and ship your items.

Processing Times

We aim to pick, pack, and dispatch all orders within 0–1 working days of the order being placed. Orders placed before 5:00 PM GMT on a working day will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff or on non-working days will be processed the next working day.

• Working Days: Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays).
• Dispatch Days: Orders are shipped Monday to Friday.
• Tracking: Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking information (where applicable).

Transit Times

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery typically takes:

• All UK destinations: 0–2 working days

Transit times may be slightly longer during public holidays, as deliveries are adapted accordingly.

We offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs:

All orders are shipped Monday to Friday. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or public holidays.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Cancellations: If you change your mind, please email us at info@giftinghouse.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number. We’ll do our best to cancel and refund your order if it hasn’t already been packed.
• Address Errors: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order is marked as dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.
• Adding Items: For security reasons, we cannot add items to an existing order. If you’d like to order more, simply place a new order.

Public Holidays

Please note that delivery estimates may be adjusted during public holidays. We recommend placing orders in advance if you’re ordering around a holiday period.
